Payroll & HR Outsourcing

Our human resource or labour outsourcing service is an arrangement with organisations to supply labour or employees on behalf, allowing organisations to focus more attention on growth-related strategic objectives than personnel administration matters. Selective outsourcing service allows employers to choose which HR functions to outsource and which to maintain in-house themselves. This flexibility enables employer organization to decide which HR functions to outsource and which to keep in-house for some measure of control.

For our Payroll Outsourcing, employers contract us to handle all aspects of payroll on their behalf, including paying employees, and filing taxes (PAYE) and pensions (SSNIT).

Payroll Management Service

With our traditional payroll service we help to process your company’s payroll, accurately and timely pay all your employees with the correct statutory (SSNIT, Tax, etc.) deductions, and ensure these deductions are remitted in a timely manner to the statutory bodies. Our payroll service offers you of the following compensation confidentiality; timely payment of statutory deduction to avoid liabilities; and provision of pay slip to the employees.

PEO/EOR Staff Outsourcing

Unlike the payroll service, the PEO (professional employer organisation) or EOR (employer of record) service gives you peace of mind, where we have our employees working for you full-time or part-time, in-person or remote or hybrid. We process our own payroll and pay our employees who work for you. This service allows management to focus on strategy and other operational issues while we relieve them from the administrative burden of managing staff. HRBP Ghana handles all the HR administration related functions associated with the staff, including recruitment, selection, contracting, attendance management and payroll responsibilities among others as per agreement.
